EASTCHESTER, N.Y. The annual National Night Out Against Crime is returning to Depot Square in Tuckahoe this week, as police look to maintain their strong relationship with the community. Monday, Aug. 6
Summer Drama Program: 9 a.m. The West Center Congregational Church is allowing kids to act, sing, dance and rehearse popular musicals at its youth theater. This week, they will be performing Beauty and the Beast. The program is for children in grades kindergarten through seven. $170 for half-day kindergarten; $260 for full-day. 101 Pondfield Road, Bronxville.
Spousal Loss Support Group: 2:30 p.m. An afternoon group session will be held for those who have lost a spouse or life partner. Sponsored by Jansen Hospice and Palliative Care. 69 Main St., Tuckahoe.
Teen Movie Night: 7 p.m. The Eastchester Public Library is hosting a movie night for teens. 11 Oakridge Place, Eastchester.

Creative Tuesdays: 4 p.m. This youth program is open to children ages 5-10 at the Tuckahoe Public Library. 71 Columbus Ave., Tuckahoe.
National Night Out: 6:45 p.m.-9:30 p.m. The Tuckahoe Police Department is partnering with the community to present the 29th annual National Night Out Against Crime. The focus of the event is to heighten crime- and drug-prevention awareness and strengthen community ties. 1 Depot Square, Tuckahoe.
Wednesday, Aug. 8
Dessert Social: 11:30 a.m.-4 p.m. The Bronxville Womens Club is offering a series of weekly dessert socials on Wednesday afternoons through Aug. 15. Bring your lunch and spend the afternoon with friends. $10 for members; $15 for guests; $20 for nonmembers. 135 Midland Ave., Bronxville.
Teen Crafts: 4 p.m. A program designed to let teens showcase their artistic abilities at the Tuckahoe Public Library. 71 Columbus Ave., Tuckahoe.
Thursday, Aug. 9
Film Screening: 2:30 p.m.-5 p.m. The Bronxville Public Library will screen The Help, a film about an aspiring author during the Civil Rights movement in the 1960s. Runtime is 146 minutes. 201 Pondfield Road, Bronxville.
