Monday, Aug. 6
Summer Drama Program: 9 a.m. The West Center Congregational Church is allowing kids to act, sing, dance and rehearse popular musicals at its youth theater. This week, they will be performing Beauty and the Beast. Spousal Loss Support Group: 2:30 p.m. An afternoon group session will be held for those who have lost a spouse or life partner. Sponsored by Jansen Hospice and Palliative Care. 69 Main St., Tuckahoe.

Creative Tuesdays: 4 p.m. This youth program is open to children ages 5-10 at the Tuckahoe Public Library. 71 Columbus Ave., Tuckahoe.
National Night Out: 6:45 p.m.-9:30 p.m. The Tuckahoe Police Department is partnering with the community to present the 29th annual National Night Out Against Crime. The focus of the event is to heighten crime- and drug-prevention awareness and strengthen community ties. 1 Depot Square, Tuckahoe.

Dessert Social: 11:30 a.m.-4 p.m. The Bronxville Womens Club is offering a series of weekly dessert socials on Wednesday afternoons through Aug. 15. Bring your lunch and spend the afternoon with friends. $10 for members; $15 for guests; $20 for nonmembers. 135 Midland Ave., Bronxville.
