Tuckahoe High School Schedules Annual Memorial Day Celebration

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- Tuckahoe High School’s General Organization will host a Memorial Day ceremony Monday. May 23, on the Tuckahoe Middle/High School turf field for all district-wide students and faculty.

The ceremony will feature music, readings and patriotic tributes as well as highlight local veterans in commemoration of Memorial Day.

Students from William E. Cottle Elementary School, Tuckahoe Middle School and Tuckahoe High School have been invited to participate in an essay contest about their reflections on Memorial Day.

The winning essays will also be read at the ceremony, which will begin at 9:30 a.m.
