Eastchester Celebrates St. Patrick's Day Early With Parade

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- Eastchester’s 12th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade will feature Grand Marshal Helene Murtha Dooley and take place on Sunday, March 13, at 3 p.m.
