IDs Released Of 2 Men, 2 Women Killed In Wrong-Way I-95 Crash The identities have been released of two men and two women all in their 20s who were killed in a horrific wrong-way crash on a stretch of I-95 in Connecticut. It happened at around 1:25 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 25 in New Haven County on the southbound side when a Chevrolet Silverado was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes in West Haven, Connecticut State Police said.  The pickup truck then crashed into a Nissan Altima while in the left lane.  Following impact, the Silverado entered the center lane and collided with a southbound Nissan Sentra.&…

It happened around 11:45 a.m. Friday, June 2 in Orange County on I-84 westbound near mile post marker 11 in the town of Wawayanda. Wrong-Way, Head-On Crash: Person Killed In Collision Between SUV, Car In Westchester One person was killed and two others hospitalized in a head-on, wrong-way crash in Westchester. It happened around 4:40 a.m. Sunday, April 9 on I-87 near Exit 1 in Yonkers. A preliminary investigation by New York State Police determined a wrong-way driver of an Acura MDX was traveling southbound in the northbound lane when it struck a Honda Civic head-on.  Two individuals were injured and transported to area hospitals and a third individual was pronounced dead during transport to a third local hospital. Croton Man Killed In Double-Fatal Crash ID'd As First Responder One of the victims of a wrong-way head-on double fatal crash on the Palisades Parkway was a Northern Westchester County emergency medical technician.  Aristan Garandeau, age 22, of Croton-on-Hudson, died around 2:40 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 6 in Clarkstown, said the New York State Police. Garandeau was traveling in the wrong direction on the parkway when he hit another car head-on driven by Brendan Seabrook, 27, of Pennsylvania, who was also killed, said state police. ID Released For Woman Killed In Wrong-Way Northern Westchester Crash The identity has been released of a woman killed in a  wrong-way crash involving another driver allegedly impaired by alcohol in Northern Westchester. The crash happened around 9:10 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23 on Route 9 in the area of Main Street in Peekskill. An initial investigation revealed a black 2018 Audi Q7 operated by Mark E. Cope, age 41, of Yorktown, was traveling the wrong way northbound in the southbound lanes of Route 9, state police said.  The Audi struck a southbound 2020 Acura MDX containing three occupants, according to state police.
