The development in the case, which centered around the December 2022 crash that killed Yonkers Police Department Det. Sgt. Frank Gualdino, was announced by the Yonkers Police Department on Thursday, Nov. 30. Suspect Caught After Assault, Robbery At CVS In Westchester After a brief search, a suspect who robbed a CVS in Westchester and assaulted a person inside the store was caught and apprehended, officials said.  The incident happened on Monday, April 24, just before 6 p.m., when police responded to a CVS/Pharmacy location in Larchmont at 21 Chatsworth Ave. on a report of an assault and robbery, according to Village of Larchmont officials.  Authorities soon learned that the suspect had run away after robbing the store.
