Man Accused Of Assaulting, Causing Traumatic Injury To 5-Month-Old Infant A 25-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the alleged abuse of a 5-month-old infant who suffered a traumatic brain injury. Joshua Imboli of Poughkeepsie was arrested on Thursday, March 21, following an investigation by the Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center, said the Ulster County District Attorney's Office.
