Man Charged With Driving At Twice Legal Limit After Crash In Yorktown A 22-year-old Westchester man has been arrested for allegedly driving drunk at more than twice the legal limit after crashing his vehicle in Northern Westchester. Tye Castle, of White Plains, was arrested around 2:47 a.m., on Sunday, Dec. 15 after Yorktown Police responded to a single-vehicle crash, said the Yorktown Police. When police arrived on the scene, they found Castle was allegedly drunk and had crashed his vehicle.
