Westchester Man Faces 91-Count Indictment For Violating Order Of Protection A Westchester County man has been arraigned on a 91-count indictment charging him with allegedly repeatedly violating court issued Order of Protections involving his child’s mother and grandmother. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced that Yonkers resident Talib Waters, 30, has been arraigned on 91 counts, including one count of bribing a witness, six counts of first-degree criminal contempt, 42 counts of aggravated family offense, and 42 counts of second-degree criminal contempt dating back to multiple instances last year involving the family.
