Lesniak, 46, of Yonkers, for DWAI Drugs, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in East Fishkill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Four Westchester Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Stops New York State Police troopers busted nearly two dozen local motorists who were allegedly driving while impaired in the area. The local residents charged were: Westchester County On Friday, Jan. 4, State Police troopers from Cortlandt arrested Judith E. Cartwright, 72, of Peekskill, for DWI. She was traveling on Route 9 in Peekskill, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and she was subsequently arrested.
