21-Year-Old Charged After Stolen Car Recovered In Croton A 21-year-old man was charged after police said he was found driving a stolen car in Northern Westchester. Angel Gomez, of the Bronx, was arrested on Monday, Feb. 21, for fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, according to New York State Police. The local residents charged were: Dutchess County On Friday, Jan. 11, State Police troopers from Rhinebeck arrested Gerard V. Ollis, 43, of Poughkeepsie, for DWAI Drugs.
