Man With History Of DWIs Busted Again With Child In Car In Westchester, Police Say An early morning speeding stop in Westchester led to the arrest of a 48-year-old man who damaged a holding cell after being taken into custody for allegedly driving drunk with a child in the car, police said. Drunk Driver Uncooperative With Police After Hitting Parked Lexus In Westchester, Police Say An alleged drunk driver who crashed into a parked Lexus in Westchester became argumentative and uncooperative with officers after being taken into custody, police said. Officers from the Scarsdale Police Department were dispatched to Walworth Avenue shortly after 11 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 1, where there was a report of the crash.
