First responders were dispatched to a stretch of Red Mill Road shortly after 7 a.m. on Monday, April 22 in Cortlandt, where there was a report of the head-on crash with injuries to several parties. Impaired Motorist, 23, Caught With Drugs After Cortlandt Crash A 23-year-old man is behind bars after Oxycodone and other drugs were found in his car following a crash in Northern Westchester in which state police say he was driving while impaired. Troopers were dispatched to the crash on Red Mill Road in Cortlandt at about 4:50 a.m. Thursday, March 15. Once on scene, troopers observed a 1999 Honda Civic that had struck a tree and utility pole. During the subsequent interview, Devon M.
