National Guard Sergeant Nabbed For Sexual Offenses In Cortlandt, Peekskill, State Police Say A ranking officer in the Army National Guard has been accused of committing sexual offenses, according to New York State Police. Sergeant First Class Pablo Rivera, age 49, who resides on Long Island in Franklin Square, was arrested on Monday, May 15, and charged with two counts of forcible touching.  A lengthy investigation determined that the victim was inappropriately touched by Rivera on two different occasions in Northern Westchester County, in the town of Cortlandt and the city of Peekskill, state police announced on Wednesday, May 17. Priest Faces Drug Possession Charge In Peekskill Westchester County Police arrested two men, one a priest, for alleged possession of methamphetamine. Antonio Pinheiro of Westtown pleaded guilty on Monday, March 4 to stealing thousands of dollars worth of stamps from the U.S. Post Office in Peekskill while he was employed there. In total, he stole approximately 14,000 stamps and sold them through an online marketplace to make thousands of dollars. The thefts took place between July and October 2017 Pinheiro, 54, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, …
