DNA Leads To Conviction Of Carmel Man After Burglary Spree A Carmel man described as a "Serial Burglar" was convicted by a jury following a spree of break-ins over a five-week period last year. Andrew Hickey was convicted of three counts of burglary in the second degree and one count of criminal mischief in the second degree on Wednesday, Nov. 7. Putnam County District Attorney Robert V.
