Northern Westchester Man Injured In Two-Vehicle Crash This story has been updated. Three people were injured during an early morning two-vehicle crash that required one to be extricated.  The crash took place around 12:20 a.m. Thursday in the area of the Duchess Restaurant on Mill Plain Road, said Danbury Fire Department Spokesman James Gagliardo. Van Becomes Engulfed In Flames At Trader Joe's A van became fully engulfed in flames early Saturday afternoon at a popular grocery store in the area. The incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. on the side of the building at Trader Joe's on Mill Plain Road in Danbury. Danbury Fire Department crews stretched a line and rapidly extinguished the fire. A few adjacent cars were damaged due to the volume of fire upon arrival. The Danbury Fire Marshals Office was called in to investigate the cause of the fire which is undetermined at this time.
