Cortlandt, Peekskill Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Stops
More than two dozen motorists were busted by New York State Police troopers recently as law enforcement agencies in the Hudson Valley continue a nationwide crackdown on drunk, drugged and distracted driving.
Among the local motorists charged include:

On Saturday, Sept. 15, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Luis V. Barreto Angamarca, 26, of Peekskill, for DWI. He was traveling on Furnace Dock Road in Cortlandt, when he was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
