Woman Nabbed For Assaulting Victim Inside Vehicle On I-684 In Northern Westchester: Police A 20-year-old Hudson Valley woman faces charges after striking a victim inside a vehicle on a busy highway in Northern Westchester, police said. The arrest stemmed from an incident that began on Sunday, Jan. 28 around 10 p.m., when authorities received a report of a domestic violence incident inside a vehicle on Interstate 684 in Northern Westchester, according to New York State Police Trooper AJ Hicks.  The vehicle involved in the incident was eventually found in Lewisboro on Route 22.
