Lack Of License Plate Leads To Traffic Stop, Drug Bust Assisted By K-9 Officer On I-84 A stop by Connecticut State troopers of a vehicle for not having a visible license plate on I-84 led to the arrest of a Fairfield County man for possession of drugs with the help of a K-9 officer. Natanel Collado, 32, of Danbury, was arrested around 2:45 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 21, after troopers stopped his vehicle on I-84 in Danbury, state police said.
