Westchester Man Found Guilty Of Engaging In Sex Acts With Child A 43-year-old White Plains man was arrested by Rye police and convicted on Friday, March 16 of engaging in sex with a child under the age of 13, according to Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr.  Jard Hobbs was found guilty on three counts.  Judge Susan Cacace presided over Hobbs' jury trial in Westchester County Court.
