Drunk Woman Crashes Into Reservoir With Two Kids In Car, Sheriff Says A Dutchess woman is facing multiple charges after she crashed into a reservoir while driving drunk with two children in the car, the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department says. Deputies with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department say they were dispatched by Putnam County 911 to a report of a one-car motor vehicle accident in the area of Fishkill Road in the Town of Philipstown on Thursday, July 18 around 5:30 p.m. Upon arrival, deputies say that the vehicle was unoccupied and semi-submerged in the reservoir.
