Beloved Gift Shop, Pharmacy Owner From Ossining Dies: 'Wonderful Person' A business owner who was well-known in Northern Westchester is being remembered for always coming to the aid of those in need.  Ossining resident Dolores Frustace, also known as "Miss Dee," died on Sunday, Oct. 15 at the age of 80, according to her obituary.  Over the years, Frustace became a fixture of her community by owning her gift shop, “The Village Emporium," located on Main Street. Beloved Mother From Northern Westchester Dies At 51 A beloved home health care aide and mother from Northern Westchester is being remembered for her willingness to care for those most in need in addition to her joyful nature.  Ossining native Annette Perez died on Wednesday, July 19 at the age of 51 after a battle with cancer, according to her obituary.  Born in Valhalla in 1971, Perez graduated from Ossining High School and went on to work with Atria Senior Assisted Living, where she helped those who needed assistance most.  She also eventually became a home health care aide, which is what she loved to do most of all, h…
