Putnam Sheriff’s Department’s Names Newest Deputies The Putnam County Sheriff’s Department has officially named its three newest deputies. Deputies Loprieno, Sangalli and Carroll just graduated from the Westchester County Police Academy 147th Session Basic Police Recruit Class.
