Cortlandt Man Attempted To Abduct Woman At Gunpoint, Police Say A 23-year-old man is behind bars after he allegedly pulled a gun out and demanded a woman get into his car as he attempted to abduct her on the side of a busy roadway in Northern Westchester, Westchester County Police said. Cortlandt Manor resident Kyle Gregg was arrested on Monday night, Jan. 7  following an investigation into allegations from the woman who alleged that he attempted to abduct her at gunpoint.
