Croton's Ian Thom Named All-State in Boy's Basketball

Croton junior Ian Thom was recognized for his fine season as he was selected to the New York State Class B boys basketball fifth team.

Thom was one of seven Westchester County players from Class B to be selected for the 11 teams. Thom led Croton in scoring with 17.4 points per game.

Dobbs Ferry sophomore Eric Paschal (18.4 points per game), who led Dobbs Ferry to the Section 1 Class B final four, was also named to the fifth team.

Woodlands’ senior Reece Williams was chosen for the seventh team, Blind Brook senior Antoine Saliba was named on the eighth team, Briarcliff junior Brian Daniels was selected for the 10th team and Thomas Fleming was an 11th team pick. Alex Gendelman of Rye Country Day School was also named to the 11th team.
