YORKTOWN, N.Y.-- The Walter Panas High School National Honor Society held a blood drive before Thanksgiving break to be donated to the New York Blood Center.
School officials described the event as successful, as 80 pints of glood were donated to the center.
Blood donors included students, staff and community members.
