Voters rejected a $25 million proposal two years ago, so the board has come back with a scaled-down version which comes in at $6.2 million, theexaminernews.com reported. 

The voting on the bond proposal will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 10 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., according to theexaminernews.com.
