Croton-Harmon Budget Passes; Cross-Bugliosi, Diamond Lead Board Race

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- The Croton-Harmon School District 2013-14 budget passed by a comfortable 735-276 margin Tuesday, according to preliminary results.
