Woman Charged In Theft Of Items From JV Mall Macy's

CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- A Yonkers woman was arrested recently and accused of stealing more than $900 in items from the Macy's at the Jefferson Valley Mall, according to Yorktown police.

Juliana Jamil Khoury, 53, was charged with petit larceny.

Juliana Jamil Khoury, 53, was charged with petit larceny, after police found she had concealed items in a large bag, including a vacuum cleaner, police said.

Khoury was arrested and taken to the Yorktown Police Department were she was issued an appearance ticket and released on her own recognizance.

She is due to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Dec. 17.
