Those charged include: 

Westchester County

  • On Saturday, Dec. 28, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Stephen P. Gittens, 30, of Peekskill, for Aggravated DWI, and aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony. He was traveling on Oregon Road in the town of Cortlandt, when he was found disabled, police said. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Dec. 28, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Darwind W. Maldonado Jr., 28, of Port Chester, for DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the village of Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Dec. 29, State Police from Wappinger arrested Ashley E. McIntosh, 26, of Ossining, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Wappinger, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Putnam County

  • On Friday, Dec. 27, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Shivanand Seeram, 42, of Putnam Valley, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the village of Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Dec. 29, State Police from Brewster arrested Edgar M. Martinez Monroy, 26, of Southeast, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Dutchess County

  • On Friday, Dec. 27, State Police from Rhinebeck arrested Barry J. Paradies III, 27, of Rhinebeck, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on State Route 308 in the town of Rhinebeck, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Dec. 28, State Police from Wappinger arrested Paige Kelly, 21, of Wappinger, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 376 in the town of Wappinger, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Dec. 28, State Police from Wappinger arrested Michael C. Popavero, 29, of Poughkeepsie, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 376 in the town of Poughkeepsie, when he was interviewed during a DWI safety road check. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Monday, Dec. 30, State Police from Stormville arrested Darren E. Brown, 44, of Poughkeepsie, for DWAI Drugs and or Alcohol. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of East Fishkill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol and or drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
