The hospital did not provide further details, only that she left the hospital about three to four days ago. Dymes had previously been in fair condition.
Dymes was found unconscious with Lacey in their Croton-on-Hudson home in April. Lacey was pronounced dead at Phelps while Dymes was hospitalized there for almost two months.
Investigators have said they are awaiting the results of a toxicology report into Carr's death. A report by FIOS1 News, attributed to an unidentified source, said Carr had significant amounts of Benadryl in her system.
Dymes and Lacey were found by Lacey's father, David Carr. Dymes and Lacey lived at the home with Dymes' father, Kevin.
Last week, Carr issued an open letter thanking people for their love and support after Lacey's death.
Police have ruled out carbon monoxide as a cause.
