Police spotted Yaditza Caceda driving a 1996 Honda in an erratic manner at about 6:00 a.m. New Year’s Day.

Police pulled Caceda over, and quickly determined that she was intoxicated, according to a press release.

Caceda registered a .13 on a Breathalyzer test and had her husband and two children – ages 6 and 9 – in the vehicle as passengers. Since the children were under 16, police arrested her under Leandra’s Law for felony DWI.

Caceda was also cited for failure to maintain lane.

She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Cortlandt Court at 9 a.m. Jan. 12.
