An investigation led by the New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit in Troop K into Rhinebeck resident Michael Billone found that he was found in possession of digital files containing sexual performances by children.
Police said that investigators secured a search warrant, which led to Billone’s arrest late last month.
Billone was arrested on June 22 and charged with a felony count of possessing a sexual performance by a child. He was released following his arraignment, and Billone is due back in court on Thursday, July 12.
