Lacey was found unconscious along with her mother, Kathleen Dymes in their Croton-On-Hudson home in April. Lacey was pronounced dead at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center in Sleepy Hollow while Dymes remains hospitalized in fair condition.
Investigators said they still not have received the results of a toxicology report on Lacey's death.
Dymes and Lacey were found by Lacey's father, David Carr. Dymes and Lacey lived at the home with Dymes' father, Kevin.
Police have ruled out carbon monoxide as a cause.
The District Attorney's office declined to say whether anyone had been interviewed about Lacey's death.
