Dutchess Man Charged With Raping Unconscious Woman

DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. – A Dutchess County man was arrested by state police Tuesday on charges he raped an unconscious woman while at his home earlier this month.

Christopher Talbot of Pine Plains, 23, was charged with first-degree rape and first-degree sexual abuse, both felonies, after an investigation found that he performed a sexual act and had intercourse with the woman.

Talbot was arraigned in LaGrange Justice Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail on $10,000 bail.

His next court appearance will be on Nov. 30 in Pine Plains Court.
