On June 15, Westchester County Police charged Patrick Golden, 54, of Posey Road, Putnam Valley, with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated just before 10 p.m. Golden is due in Town Court on June 29.

At about 7:30 p.m. the same evening, Westchester County Police charged George Bridle, 39, of Route 9, Cold Spring, with driving on a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device, both misdemeanors.
