CORTLANDT, N.Y. New York State Police in Cortlandt said 53 violations were issued Tuesday on Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt.
Violations included speeding, unlicensed operation and violations of child restraint laws.
State Police said in a press release that, "These details will continue in an effort to ensure the roadways are safe for the motoring public."
