Cortlandt State Police Conduct Distracted Driving Detail

CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- New York State Police in Cortlandt recently conducted a distracted driving/traffic safety detail.

The detail took place on Sunday, Dec. 15 in Cortlandt and resulted in a total of 35 traffic tickets issued, state police said. The issue resulted in 21 tickets for using a cell phone while driving and one ticket for not wearing a seat belt.
