Cortlandt Man Charged With DWI After Rollover Crash

CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- A Cortlandt man faces charges of aggravated driving while intoxicated after he rolled his car on Old Locust Road, state police said.

Terrance C. Bowdren, 43, was arrested Wednesday and charged with the misdemeanor by troopers investigating the one-car crash, police said.

Police said Bowdren was given a breath test in the field that revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.21 percent, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication.

He was ticketed and ordered to appear in the Cortlandt Town Court on Monday, Jan. 25, police said.
