CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- A 27-year-old Cortlandt man was arrested and charged with marijuana possession, according to New York State Police.
Robert Santini, of Cortlandt, was arrested Sept. 26 after State Police reported that Santini was discovered to be in possession of marijuana subsequent to a traffic stop that was initiated on the vehicle he was operating for an equipment violation, according to a notice from state police.
Santini was later issued an appearance ticket and uniform traffic ticket ordering him to appear before the Town of Yorktown Justice Court at a later date, according to state police.
