Cortlandt Man, 30, Charged With DWI

CORTLANDT, N.Y. – A Cortlandt man was arrested Sunday for DWI, according to New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks.

Troopers stopped Robert Kissel Jr., 30, for an alleged license plate violation. Further investigation revealed Kissel was intoxicated, police said. A breath sample showed Kissel had a blood alcohol content of 0.12 percent.

Kissel is scheduled to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court Friday, May 29.
