Cortlandt Man, 24, Faces Dwai Charges

CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. – A Cortlandt Manor resident was arrested on driving while ability impaired charges after being found unresponsive in a vehicle on Aug. 31.

George Maggiore, 24, was charged with two misdemeanors after troopers performed a welfare check on him. Along with the driving while ability impaired charge, he was also cited for possessing Clonazepam, a controlled substance.

He was ordered to appear at Cortlandt Town Court on Sept. 11.
