VERPLANCK, N.Y. - A Verplanck burglar broke into his downstairs neighbor's apartment, ate their food, stole money and setup a wireless Internet connection for later use, say New York State Police.
Sean Gunther, 30, of Verplanck, is charged with felony burglary for allegedly breaking into his downstairs neighbor's home.

Gunther was remanded to Westchester County Jail without bail, and is due at 9 a.m. Jan. 11 in Cortlandt Town Justice Court.
