CORTLANDT, N.Y. - A New Milford, Conn., man is facing misdemeanor drug charges, after New York State Police say accused him of possessing a controlled substance and a hypodermic needle.
Daniel J. Fazio, 26, of New Milford, Conn., was charged on Nov, 29, with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of a hypodermic needle at 3036 E. Main St., Cortlandt.
Also reported by the New York State Police blotter:
• William J. Ohan, 57, of Cortlandt Manor, was charged on Dec. 2 with misdemeanor DWI, while driving on Crompond Road.
• Marcelo Anthony, 19, of Cortlandt, was charged on Nov. 21 with misdemeanor petit larceny, at 123 Allan St., Cortlandt.
• A 14-year-old Cortlandt Manor resident was charged on Dec. 4 with misdemeanor forcible touching, and misdemeanor unlawful imprisonment.
