CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- New York State Police arrested a Connecticut man on Sunday, Dec. 8 after allegedly driving while he was intoxicated, according to police officials.
Ruchir D. Patel, 30, of East Haven, Conn. was pulled over by troopers for allegedly speeding, State Police said.
Patel provided a positive breath sample which yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .09 percent. He is ordered to appear in Town of Cortlandt Court on Monday, Dec. 16, according to State Police.
