Matthew LD Rickett, 22, Of Cortlandt Manor, Bartender At Applebees

HOPEWELL JUNCTION, N.Y. - Matthew LD Rickett of Hopewell Junction., died May 20. He was 22.

Rickett was born Oct. 6, 1990, to Lisa Torres and Matthew D. Rickett in Cortlandt Manor. He worked as a bartender in Applebees in Cortlandt Manor.

Rickett is survived by his parents; mother, Roxanne Woodruff; step-mother, Margaret DeVeaugh; grandparents, Donald and Kay Lou Rickett and Carmen and John Hammond; sister, Cassandra Hogan; uncles, Joey Torres and Mark Rickett; and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are Wednesday, May 22 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Cargain Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Rickett's name may be made to Putnam Valley C.S.D., 146 Peekskill Hollow Road, Putnam Valley, NY 10579.
