CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. Theresa M. DiMichele, 86, of Cortlandt, died on Dec. 1. DiMichele was a volunteer at the Hudson Valley Hospital Center, and a communicant of St. Columbanus Church in Cortlandt Manor.
DiMichele married her husband, Armando, on June 10m 1951. A long-time Tarrytown resident, she worked as an administrative assistant and on personnel development at General Foods for many years. She moved to northern Westchester in 1996, and volunteered at HVHC.
DiMichele is survived by two sons and two daughters, Michael (Kathy) DiMichele, Daniel (Maggie) DiMichele, Vera (Doug) Weeks and Tessa (Ed) Massey. She is also survived by her sister Lucy Silverthorne and her eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 3rd from 7 to 9 p.m. and also Sunday December 4 from 2 to 4 p.m., and 7 to 9 p.m. at the E.O. Curry Funeral Home, Peekskill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10a.m., Monday, December 5 at St. Columbanus Church, Cortlandt followed by interment in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, Sleepy Hollow.
