State Police In Cortlandt Make Arrest For DWI, Marijuana Possession

CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- New York State Troopers from the Cortlandt barracks arrested a Colorado man for driving while intoxicated on Monday, Dec. 23 in Putnam County, police officials said. 

Sean J. Cohen, 20, was pulled over for allegedly speeding. During the investigation, police also found Cohen to be in possession of marijuana, State Police said. 

Cohen provided a positive breath sample which yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .17 percent. He was issued tickets and is scheduled to return to court on Monday, Jan. 6, according to State Police.
