Troopers were dispatched to a Cortlandt area business to investigate a report of an irate unwanted subject on the premises, who left before police arrived. The subject was identified as Ryan Martin, 25, of Montrose. Martin was located shortly after the complaint in another local business and became highly agitated when being questioned regarding the incident. Martin started screaming obscenities, police said.

Further investigation revealed that Martin was on parole. He was arraigned before the town of Cortlandt Justice Klein and remanded to Westchester County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail, police said.
