Police Discover PCP During Domestic Dispute Arrest

CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. – New York State Police discovered 600 milligrams of PCP on a suspect while responding to a domestic dispute 911 call,on Tuesday. Jules White, of Old Post Road in Cortlandt, was found in possession of phencyclidine, a hallucinogenic drug popular in the 1960s.

The drug discovery was made while White was being taken into custody for criminal mischief during the domestic disturbance. White was charged with one felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, and one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief.

White is due to appear in Town of Cortlandt Court on Friday at 9 a.m. The arrest was made by Trooper Jason Pugh and Investigator Timothy W. Miller.
