CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- One person was killed Thursday night in an accident on northbound Route 9A in Croton-on-Hudson, Croton police confirmed.

The accident, at 87 North Riverside Ave., involved a male motorcyclist reportedly in his mid to late 20s and a Westchester County Bee-Line bus, according to LoHud.com.

The investigation of the accident, which was reported at 8:06 p.m., is being conducted by the Westchester County Police, Croton Police said.
